rear wheel bearing removal

As a bove wondered if they are a press out job as i want to get my rear arms powder coated.

When i did mine i just smacked the thing with a big hammer and the thing popper right out, and all of it came out inc. the race which apparently usually gets stuck.
Would it not be possible to get them powder coated with the bearings still in or do they require replacing anyway ?

Like as above i am sure you should be able to get the rear subframe powder coated as for the front struts suspension legs .... i have been advised to take out the front flang bearing out befor getting it powder coated.
