I have fitted my exhaust today but the back box looks off centre and angled slightly coming out of the rear valance. Also I've noticed that one of the twin pipes (nearest the wheel) is very close to the drive-shaft. Should this be quite close?

The exhaust is a 3 piece - standard downpipes with a scorpion middle section and scorpion back box.

The hangars on the back box are BMW fitting ones so I have adapted them to fit with longer bolts.

Any help in getting this corrected would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear this Tom.

I know when i ran the Scorpion on my Touring (standard center box) it was straight but stuck out a little compared to standard one.

Have you tried backing all straps, clamps and brackets off and giving it a tweak? I know i've had to do this on my OE system a few times when i've had it all apart to center the back box up

No worries, I know it will need some tweaks.
I've read also that I might need to loosen everything at the downpipe/centre to
get things moving?
