Most BMW dealers have a launch for the new 3 Series this Saturday and have a version of each 3 series in the showroom.
Here are an E30 320is with the 4 cyl M3 engine and an E21 320

Yeah the new N20 engine has a few different power options down to mapping and use of the turbo and they will badge them according to the power output.

Thats cool! The 320iS belongs to Noah (E30_KIDD) and the E21 belongs to Richard from BBB. I helped to load them into the transporter yesterday.

I offered the sales manager my E30 plus some other equally nice 3 series for the launch weekend but they decided to use a Z1, Z8 and an M1.

i had a Dealer constantly phoning me I offered him an M3 but he also needed an E21, it's damn hard to find a good E21 that won't drop rust/oil all over the showroom !!

I know Keirans rusty turd was rejected for a Lachs silver sport down in stockport

My dealer didnt do any of the sort. Didnt use any older cars to promote the F30
They did and still do have a white E93 320d M sport to which they let people draw and write on with dry wipe marker pens. Ok its a laugh but i really dont understand what that has to do with launching a new model
