if i'am honest i cannot be arsed with insurance etc.

Just save up for a clean 320i shell and drop the 325i engine in that ive allready got, that would be the easiest. or buy a 325i

had a bit of wheel wobble and a fooked tyre however a trip to Dezzys today sorted that out

Trev I'm not a borbet fan but, for 16" wheels they were cheap enough. Alex got a full set of Premium tyres fitted today and I lost my eyes at the same time.

They don't look that bad in the flesh TBH. They aren't stupid dish spec. 7.5j all round, in not bad nick.

Once its had a spring change, along with some top-hat action it'll look alot better again!

I like them! One of the few wheels that suits an E30.

Imo those wheels only suit a bruvved up E30 the only way to can better OE BBS wheels is to go for either the bigger M3 style BBS or some proper BBS splittys

to be fair although the paint had seen better days but the body work was very straight with only very very minor rust,

it had every last bush and suspension component replaced 2 sets of 14 inch BBS wheels one set with toyo’s fitted with loads of life left and the inside was extremely clean, original sports leather with no wear what so ever.

Had the chap brought an E30 and wanted to get it to the same spec minus the blown engine it would have cost 3 times that amount

M42`s are ok in a Touring actually but still wont skin a rice pudding.
Gaurentee after a few weeks you want more torque

You need to tell your insurers about the wheels anyway Alex - check that other thread about a non-fault claim thats gone t1ts up for exactly this reason
