Yes they are for an E30, didn't know they came in diffrent thickness.

How many type's are there?

there are 2 sizes on each engine a standard size and a thicker one if the head has been skimmed at some point

320s are 1.88mm and 2.08mm
325 are 1.75mm and 2.05mm
