I ordered a set of smoked smiley headlights off Rav end of may, beginning of june 2011. Paid via paypal and all was good.
Lights were made and sent out via Parcelforce.
The fuck*n useless anal wipe of a driver threw the box that was marked fragile in 7 places over my house side gate which is 7foot high! All this because my bro was in the shower when he delievery arrived. I opened the box to find a smashed main beam and a broken dipped beam lamp.
After months and months of form filling and arguing with parcelforce, they declined Rav a refund. Being the seller/sender, only he could apply for damage claim :s! This is after sendig various emails with detailed pics.
After all this, Rav asked for a 2nd set of lights which i delieverd to him by hand and he worked his magic again for free to replace the broken lamps! He did this out of the good of his heart, to which i really really appreciate.
Rav is a dedicated zoner who kept me in touch with what was always going on, having never met Rav he could have thought ahh fook him! But he didnt.
The world and the zone would be a better place with people like Rav! I will never ever think twice about buying from him.
And since recieving the new lights, i have kept in touch with Rav and will hope to meet one day.
All in, one great zoner!!!!!!!!
