If you havnt got abs then you can use an E36 air box,but if like me you have you could try this off an old 7 series(dont know model number)

Thats an M30 box.

has anyone tried the e38 box then? theres one on ebay with a maf i might take a punt.

better to have a working second hand genuine part than a new pattern part right?

If it comes with the MAF then its worth a punt anyway. Im guessing they are too big though.
E36 airbox is about the best ive found but you need to move the ABS pump.





Huge opening at the front of the box for the air to get in and it sits behind the headlamps
