Awesome Pics Rachid thanks for sharing them, looks like it's definatly worth a visit
I went a couple of year back, really highly recommended.

Looks like a couple of new additions. I'm sure when I went there was no 3 Series room, it was a 7 Series room:

Also they didn't have the 8 series cabrio.

They should replace that yellow headlighted S**tbox at the front of the museum with a minty 318iS.
Nice pictures
Nice pictures
Two headblenders, couple of bags of MC Hammer, 5 litres of FFF, a 48ft bastard, a box of jumped-up custard and some soggy chimps
No. It's just where the parts are stored. I've used the service garage next to the factory though.mark_i wrote:is Dingolfing open to the public...? any advantage over ordering parts from a dealerAndyboy wrote:Never mind the museum, the parts store at Dingolfing is epic.

Fool.
I never said I was wrong - I said you were a knob - which is very correct.
Now then, I don't mind being corrected at all but not in the manner Kos did so - which was more about being a tosser than helping out.
Rav - as usual, total random lap dog cheer leading. Disgusting.
I'll go back and tweak the initial post with the correct info from my other pix. As I said, I was guessing as couldn't be bothered to scour all the pix for the display info.
Unlike others who did - and were still wrong!

Nothing - if you can isolate and control the automotive molestation gene.M42 wrote:nice pics, but whats wrong with being a Turk?
It's not too bad here but in Germany, Turks are known to really destroy BMWs with the most vile mods.

but you were wrong and it must really hurt your fragile ego being corrected by me ( albeit with one mistake ) like a tonne of m42 scrap dropping on your headRoyalratch wrote:Hahaha.Kos wrote:E46 wtc spec as found in andy priaulx car then !

i did correct you, with facts. the posts are there which thank me for my input with. but please do carry on standing on that soap box of yours, continue in your usual delusional ways trying to convince yourself and any one else that may listen, that you believe are always right.

You've never been to the Ace on BMW night - lots of Turkish specification stuff there. Slammed, mono wipers, bad taste rimz, big thumping sounds, debadged with smoothed bonnet and boot and other enhancements on cars which are probably in dire need of a balljoint or two.Royalratch wrote:Nothing - if you can isolate and control the automotive molestation gene.M42 wrote:nice pics, but whats wrong with being a Turk?

Having said that, your actual Master Race Germans are just as bad - you should go to one of the big BMW shows - used to be BMW Action in Luckau, now 'Race Wars'. They'll ruin anything in the Council style we know and love.

Oh I'm aware that the plague of pimp can touch all races. But there is a hierachy and the Turks are close to the top.

I think you can't take "Criticism" Ratch, even when it's contructive
You'll have to pull your head out of the sand sometime.

Ratch are Somalian ? You act like one of the mongrels, they have the same attitude. They act all big trying to hide the fact they are vermin , like you.
I bet you dress like a pirate for bed time, and play a recording of your m42 rattling away pretending the noise is your AK47

I'm not going to let this thread descend into yet another one that reflects badly on the zone, so those of you who are intent on achieving this can just butt out, or there will be a few bans handed out!
The above is a statement of intent, and is not open to discussion or comment.

What does any of this even mean? You sound like an angry drunk lol. Leave the witty retorts to others, stick with random abuse so you can display a few more of Anydboy's posts as your signature you monumental loser.

Ahem.
So, it's well worth a visit. The newer BMW Welt building isn't that great. All the new cars on display and some cool engine tech out but generally touristy stuff. They did have a limited edition 7-Series customised by Steinway & Sons (the crazy pricey piano manufacturer) which was mental. Think 'Pimp my Ride' with taste. The Shop also has some okay stuff but mostly cheesy - Alpina mouse mats and the like. The Mini shop is gay, as you'd expect.
When I first went to the BMW Museum NINE YEARS AGO it was tiny. It's now one of the best displays of any brand. The M-Power and M-Car rooms are just awesome.
If you love this stuff the Frankfurt Motor show is a must see too. BMW, Audi, Mercedes and Porsche come out in force and their stands are massive. Munich is a 10 hour drive. Frankfurt maybe 6 hours. Nurburgring is en route. A great weekend.
