To replace the 57 litre in there, which is tight, will take some chopping!

Cant wait for some long range action 8)

Still well down on the180 litres of tank that my E34 had when I bought it! A range of about 900 miles, plus the tank of petrol.
Two cylinder tanks in the boot, leaving just about room for a briefcase. I rem.oved the 100 litre one, leaving just the 80, giving a range of about 300 miles

Loads of action needed! Ive got a steel petrol tank lined up to cut n shut as most of it is under the wheel well.
Then its either remove the well, plate the floor and bolt the tank to the underside, or remove the well and replace with a larger one.

Mig marathon is on the cards either way, should be good for 400 miles with this baby :D

64p per litre at my local,
78p at my local BP!!!! Although i can get it for 70p at a Flowgas place 3 miles further away.
I've got a spare wheel well here that I cut from (IIRC) an E28, and a tank to fit it that holds around 65 litres that I was going to fit into my red touring. Unfortunately it's meeting with a flying Porker happened before I could get the cutter and MIG into action.
