Rear number plate surround

I know there's probably a thread on this somewhere on here, but I'm just wondering how to remove the rear number plate surround and replace it with a new one.

Erm, undo the two screws at the top that hold it on, remove, replace and put the screws back in. Could not be simpler! Only thing to note is the touring surround is specific to touring.
