Whats the crack with the e30 m20 coolant temp switch? And also im.using the m20 flywheel and starter motor, but can i use an m50 clutch and clutch actuator? another question is under the m50 inlet manifold there is a small vaccume pipe/push fitting kinda thing lol, is this for the vaccume pipe on the on tje tb? Thankyouuu

Keep the blue/ecu temp sensor, replace the other with a brown E30 sensor so the dash reads right.

M20 flywheel needs M20 clutch as the M50 clutch has an unsprung friction plate, you need a sprung friction plate to go with the single mass M20 flywheel.

Clutch actuator needs to match the gearbox you're using, some put it further back and have the mounts 1/2 way down the body rather than at one end to compensate. People get confused a lot with this and I think that's why some people say you need strange release bearings etc. You just need to be using the right slave cylinder.

Not sure what you mean on the vacuum pipe pics required I guess??

Peace

I think the small vacuum pipe is for the fuel regulator at the back of the head on the return fuel line. It needs to be connected somewhere underneath the manifold.

Have a gander at the pics of my M50 inlet manifold on my M52 in this thread.

You'll see what is kept and what is not

You blank off that pipe coming from the throttle body. The heater pipes can just be left off
