Make sure those rear lights are screwed in very very tight or they'll leak

I quite like the car overall, would change a couple of things to make it really nice but it's not too bad as it is :thumb:

Mmmm this is the kinda car rich mummy and daddy buy you when your 17/18, then you add all your halford styling bits, then you regret later on in life. My first car I chavved up to the hills which I now think :wtf:

I wasnt following this thread and didnt think it could get any worse until i saw the pic on the 1st page. It would seem your stepping in the right direction

Personally IMO it looks a bit retarded and odd but if you like it then fcuk what everyone else thinks...including myself

I like the colour and the chassis

A couple of year's ago when i was a valetar, i use to use petrol to get the sticky substance off of paint work but make sure you polish straight after and all will be well.
Get advise from a valetar anyway but i'm sure that's the only way :D

id lose the bmw logos of the seat backs, remove the stick on vents,325 badge on the wings and change the red grill back to original and then it will look far nicer. at least you changed the rear lights, they were really bad winkeye but thats just my opinion mate.

I personally prefer cars with less mods, but cars are a personal thing, just like partners. If you like it, keep it that way.

Has anyone got some good pics of a cab to show a comparison between the ones already posted and a dechromed cab.

Wow what a shock. Wel chavved. More the thingd I expected on a Nova.

BUT your car has major potential. -> That interior looks LUSH especially with the piping. It is a sport interior?

Loose all the Halford things and you have a hell of a car.

As far as condition goes, it looks fab, and the interior looks like its had alot of money spent on some lush leather retrimming. I would agree with other zoners in that its a bit over the top for my liking, but this by no means makes it bad car.. at the end of the day its an e30, and certainly by the looks of things a well loved and v. clean e30! My personal tastes would be to debadge and remove the vents (but as many have said - each to their own), other than that its actually quite nice, the body kit would only be over the top if the car isnt a mover, but if its a 325 then it should go as fast as it looks so all is well!

the new lights are a HUGE improvement. One of my neighbours has those lights and im still indicicive but they are so much better than your chrome cheese graiters you had before.

Just out of interest, is the engine bay as clean as the rest of the car and has anything been touched under there - if so, can we have a butchers??

:D You lot make me laugh. Nothing like a nice warm Zone welcome to make a fella feel warm inside winkeye

I have to admit the car looked a bit overdone in the 1st picture, but you'll all have to admit that it looks, much, much better now and that interior with the red is a wicked colour combination. I personally would have stuck an M-Tec 2 kit on the car and slammed it, but the Rieger kit makes it very individual.

Buddy at the end of the day it's your car and it's your hard earned money you're spending, so go with what pulls at your heart strings and dont worry about what anyone else thinks. After all you are the one who has to live with the car everyday. WELCOME TO THE ZONE

Well said!!!

I think you deserved more of a welcome than an artillery fire of crap thrown at you. The car has a huge amount of potential. Im so glad you got rid of the "Cheese Graters" rofl. Myself i dont prefer that "over the top look" ya got goin there but the inside is absolutley *mint*!!! You either are a perfectionist or a real car lover to have an interior that clean.

Just ditch some of those emblems(sides and headrest emblems), vents on the hood (makes it look too "jap tuner car" like in my opinion). But whatever floats your boat goes from what i can say.

Get us some picks of that most likely mint engine cuz the inside and out looks like a hint of greatness to the engine.

As requested pics of the engine bay for ya. Also got pics of angel eyes fitted a while ago, much better than the original not because of the looks but projects light so much better! Worth the money.

Future plans:
Replace Bonnet, unfortunetly the bonnet vents aint stuck on :( .
Remove the BMW and 325 badges off the vents and try petrol to remove glue, fingers crossed eh!
BMW badges off the head rests, kinda pointless having them everyone knows what make of car it is!
New reverse light switch!
Replace roof handle!
Black front grill if I can find one!
Wheel spacers, hard to find!

I see your changing lots of other bits to your car to please other zoners why try and single me out .I have my opinion and thats that no disrespect to yourself but i suppose your the one that gets behind the wheel and drives it.Im not putting you down but thats my honest opinion

Who said I can't take critisism, if you dont like the car just say that, think comemnts like go back to the drawing board is a bit patronising, you dont like the car say so. If you even read the whole thread, I didn't modify this car when I bought it, it came with the kit already.

dazzya, about jacking your car up mate, i jack it up using the standard bmw jack on the little sticky out part near the jack point at the front, but only a little bit so i can fit a trolley jack underneath
worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but it never really gets you anywhere

I hope i'm not starting a war of words here, but i think we all need to chill a bit. If someone put up a picture of their car and ask's the question "What do you think?", then we can all give our honnest openions of the car, but i dont remember Gouki asking for openions on his car. This is the photo section and he's just posting pics of his car for all of us to see. I know we wont all like it "Hell i don't like some of the things on it", but i have to keep them to myself cause they are not what i'd do to my own car, but it's not my car so no point in saying anything. I'm sure there are things on my car that lots of people dont like, from the kit to my choice of wheels, to the screens, but i didn't build my car to please anyone. I built it to get in the mags and after 2 mag features, plus verious other pics of the car in diffrent mags, and 4 trophies in the only 2 shows i did this year, i think i've done what i set out to do.

Whiterhino, please dont take this personal cause it's not aimed at you buddy. I'm just speaking in general here. It's just that the For Sale section was locked down by the mods cause everytime someone posted somthing on there, they were blasted for the price they wanted or for one thing or another and i'd hate for this section to go the same way, so nothing personal intended like i said  :D

no probs man, have to be a half pint though! lol so you got any pics of your M3? And about the NOS, hmmmmm...........I'm not saying a word! winkeye

Cheers mate, you should be able to providing its a flat surface, I had what looked to be 60mm springs for mine but I was still able to get a jack underneath, there are jack points underneath your sills but its definitely possible have a feel underneath, you feel the ridge where you need to put the jack. Get pics of yours up let me know.

As Bootyman said with his words of wisdom, everyone take a chill pill! Keep this section alive as its one of my favs!
