Keevil will be one of the first ones for Motorsport Events, usualy is. They've stopped events at Colerne as the MOD resurfaced the runways and have stopped access.
There are some super cheap days to be had at Llandow.

Shame about Colerne, but looking forward to Keevil again. How's your car coming along?

Think it was £80, but still a bargain
I'll take a look at your thread mate, shame your suspension hasn't turned up yet, you were expecting it before xmas weren't you? I'm not in any rush for the Spax stuff, must be frustrating for you though!

Airfields are car and tyre wreckers.
Super abrasive tarmac and too many stones
I heard the MOD had some special mix made up that helps to stop planes more quickly.
Give they are a lot heavier than cars it sure makes sense.
Better off doing a proper circuit once you have some skills.
Airfields useful for not hitting things

The first 5 days I did at airfields were on some standard kumho road tyres and they lasted very well indeed. After just a day on T1R's, the fronts weren't looking too clever I must say!
