How many miles can you do on one tank with your m50?

When I had my m50 I had it on a 4.10 dif.... Very short.!
I took it for a run to danthe's from cardiff and to a full tank made 394 miles... This was @ 60mph or 2500rpm.
I did boot it through monmouth tunnels on the way back lol and had a little play with a 206 turbo when I got back so I'm confident I could have cracked 400 easy!

Good engines on fuel these when treated nicely 8)

My m52 is getting 28's round town so can't complain there :D

I'd be happy with 28mpg around town, thats better than my m42 could do! I've the m42 box but a 3.64 instead of a 4.27 now so expecting it to be as good as, if not better.

That's what I'm running mate, m42 box and 3.64 dif. It is, imo, the best all rounder combo and not shy either.
I was getting in the 60's on 20 quid but since Danthe had his hands on it for a tune I'm getting into the 80's........ 84 seems to be the norm now with a mixed bag of driving. I don't have the lightest traction control foot lol :D

I was getting about 320 miles to a tank when it was my daily, that was a non-vanos 2.5, 3.15 diff so around 3000 rpm @ 70.

I'm getting 200 miles on a full tank (60 quidish)...

Something must be wrong. NV m50, 328 box, and what feels like a 3.64 diff.

8O

I would be checking for vac leaks and changing blue temp sensor ect at the least mate. I could get more than that booting my 2.8 everywhere!

Only way to properly do it properly is to fill her full, drive and when refilling take note of how many litres and miles were driven.
