Besides, its about condition, not actual mileage and spec. I can't find a typical 'issue' anywhere on it and subjectively that's what counts. There's £60k e30 M3s out there at Munich Legends - if you're being picky then buy one of these if you have the means. But sensible 325s even with the original engine are hard enough to find.

i agree, always conditon over anything else

my old is i sold, i bought with 179k i think it was, all history to varify the milage as genuine, it had had a brand new bare head from bmw for £2250 with reciepts and a rebuild, and engine was superb, the car was super, i bought it on condition, loved the car immensley, i clocked up many happy miles, engine proved excellent as when i bought it, and sold the car with 195k i think, for £3000 , and the buyer bought it on conditon not the milage, of course a low milage car is deemed more desirable in ways, but at the end of the day ...its condition, i saw the milage and contion combination...as a true testament to the bmw quality and e30 quality, and also a testament to the owners it had whom all loved and looked after the car

my sport... it has just over 100k on it, theres not immense history, and was said to have had 9 years in storage, and i think by the overall condition shows for a tech 1 sport, i bought the car on conditon and again..at the end of the dat history isnt the most important thing, condition is, its currently stripped out and having some resoration work and refinement to make it really nice and improve and preserve it , cant wait to get it back on the road, ive missed driving it and having that enjoyment, but also im fortunate enough to have a range rover for winter and another 80s classic to enjoy and keep the sport off the road and out of the winter weather

"Check" Panel was standard on all 6 Cylinder E30's. Agreed it is very retro cool 8)

ive got dash out at moment, and ditched it, as a crack free one is being fitted, so thought i might aswell obc it aswell to spec it up and just have it there to look flash and also have the function
I considered this when I had the dash out of my touring. What put me off was that I had a full OBC on one of my E30's a few years ago and in all the time I had it it was only ever used as a clock.

The analogue clock looks good as it is - personally if it wasnt there to start with you won't miss it IMO :D

need to really think about it, for the sake of £80-100 ...

but...say you had an obc in, could you have it all plummed in, and if you wanted just swap the actual unit over for a clock unit ?

i spose what would be handy, is to actualy see a working obc in action and be taken through the function
