water and dirt traps, avoid, e30's dont need encouragement to rust.

mud flaps have never been avalible for M Tech
as for the alarm fob best going to your local dealer as they need to be coded to car, if you want me to quote can you post a picture of the fob you have so i can be sure which type you have
