Well, I have a few friends over in Germany in the Army, and are telling me that some m20's came with a 11:1 CR? Is this true?

I'm looking at building a 2.7i with higher CR, and would Like to avoid having to buy custom pistons. Tease me with some options as to raising the CR while using factory parts.

Here is my list so far:

524TD crank, Metric Mechanic Head with 282 Cam, and all ported/polished, larger valves, the works..... Super ETA ConRods, Stahl headers(or anything else, seen some cool headers here!). Going to stick with stock fuel injection system, running 19lb injectors, and m30 AFM. Going to have a custom chip burned while on the dyno.

I'm hoping to get the 200whp mark, while running on 91octane pump gas.

I can't remember which one it was, but either the 525e from 83-85 was 11:1 or it was the 525e from 85-87. The other one is 10.3:1 IIRC.
