dashboard shaking

the dashboard on my e30 m3 starts shaking when i get to about 70mph but goes at 80mph and then comes back at 95mph any ideas ???

Any of your tyres ageing?
I had this problem with my old 325i sport, changed every suspension component I could, although things improved, the shake was still there.
Previous to me owning the car, it had only done about 2000 miles in the 3 years prior to me owning it, and though the tyres had plenty of life left in them, they looked old. Changing them eliminated my shakes!!

i recently had my wheels balanced and all four were spot on except for the buckled one the guy doing the balancing didn't even spot 
i noticed it because i was watching him work after i took it back to be re-done.
