The other week, I met a fella of Ebay who was after some bits etc, got chatting away and mentioned the zone, he's a member on here already but hasnt posted yet. But I popped over to drop an ashtray down to him as he is only in the next village along from mine.


But I had my camera and took a few cheeky snaps...





















It's very tasty and rust free.

Hopefully the owner can tell you more about it an introduce himself too

Its Granite Silver! Couple of little marks here and there but Andy (The owner) is gonna be working his way through them. But it should be on the road by march and I'll be pesturing him to bring it to ALL the meets, just to clock up the miles a little.

He mentioned the previous owner hit a bump/something in the road at some point and it had to have a 'plastic weld'? I think you call it on the front bumper and a respray on that, but from what he was saying, it wasnt any other damage other than the bumper...

It had been under cover for 10 years and the owner had had it since 1996 purchased it from Synters of Leicester. I'm interested in all cars in general and was asking the guy a few questions about it and he asked me if I was interested in buying it........was I Just a bit as I used to have a E30 323i in my younger years. Purchased the car together with a folder of history and also the purchase invoice and mileage when he bought it in 1996. Enjoying refurbing where needed and hopefully will be coming to your meets in the near future. Cheers Andy
