Mine was the only car supplied with the full monty 240 brake specification. It wasn't cheap either. £22k in 1982 must equate to quite a sum today?
I know some people will see the carbs as a backward step from the old K-jet injection the car came with but they were a period option. I think they sound awesome and power will definitely be increased. The new head also has e34 inlet valves and a camshaft from Cat. Thurston Engineering are supposed to start jetting the carbs on the dyno tomorrow.
