e36 s50 manifold fabrication

hi guys any ideas who can fabricate a s50 manifold to fit the e30s50 pm me please thanks. i know many will turn up their nose but hey if anyone has the know how i'm game ta .

If you can tolerate smacking in your bulkhead, you can get away without having to mod the upper part of the manifold, but you will need a custom steering column UJ setup.
However, it would be madness not to have an E36 steering rack fitted as the E30 steering is way too slow to be able to enjoy the car properly with a meaty engine. This is where you then run into problems with keeping the S50 manifold stock.
The lower part needs a bit of fettling to clear the anti roll bar.
I used a S50 manifold on a M50 & then M52 engine, it was a chore but made a lovely noise. The S50 head is about 15mm wider so I can't guarantee you won't have extra hassles.
Some info in here, you can also see where I smacked the bulkhead/ corner of transmission tunnel in.

so is btb the only option or is there anything cheaper ? i'm starting to be tight coz i got a lot of mess to sort with my frankeistein as its running now from today so i'm looking to get it tidied and all sorted as it will be my summer bunny . how much is the btb ?

Btb charge roughly £1500 for a manifold and x pipe and you will need to supply them with a standard manifold. You can not be tight with a s50 if you want it right.

ha ha frankeinstein of the zone lives suprisingly fast but wont drive it till its all done proper , thanks for info . no no figure of speech i'm not tight at at always pay and never negotiate when buying cars etc if i want it i pay lol .
