Varbration when brakeing

I have a e46 4 door on a y plate when driving on the motorway an braking getting a varbration from the front brakes will this be the pads or disks need changing

Possibly both, no way of knowing till you take the pads out first.

Could be warped discs.

Yes wen braking some times wen not braking a humming noise from the front passenger side

Sometimes when not braking?
When it starts happening again, pull over a feel how hot the front wheels are. You say the noise is coming from the front passenger side then its likely that that side will be hotter.
If this is the case then the bake caliper could be sticking, quite common on E46's.

just fork out and change them all , will cost but at least its done and you have peace of mind......until the vibration starts at the rear.......

when did the car have its lower wishbones and bushes changed last? On mine this was the main culprit, but as my discs and pads were worn as well I replaced them all, and that cured the vibration and wobbles felt
