Brand new Lemforder arms are only £50 a side from ECP

IIRC people retro fit E30 arms to E36's because the E36 arms arent as good a design so secondhand E36 ones are probably false economy.

The balljoints come with the Lemforder arms but yes you would need new lollipop bushes.

i have e36 control arms on my e30 because they are the only brand new ones i could find locally.. they fit perfectly fine.. if i recall correctly the only difference is the outer ball joint which moves instead of the solid one on the e30s..

sorry to bump this thread but.. is it possible to change the outer ball joint to the solid one?

e30 ones move as well, i have pressed out e36 and e30 joints out they both move but they are of different designs, you can get heavy duty e36 ball joints as well from a company called meyle, they all so do an uprated e46 control arm, witch bay u can change the ball joints when they wear out, instead of chucking the hole arm away for the OEM BMW one
