318Ti pollen filter

Anyone know where the pollen filter for a 318Ti compact is please?
1999 with air con.

Without A/C it could be under the scuttle panel two small ones cover the heater air intake.

With A/C in the heater box accessed from the drivers side underdash, it folds so that it can go inbetween the space by the steering column.

So is that the under-panel down and can you see it ?

Is that the rectangular one?
