Any idea why my touring washer fluid is coming into the car when i press the button?

Is it a common fault, not looked into it yet, what do i need to fix it ?

Check where the hose exits the roof space and enters the tailgate, it gets quite kinked here and can split.

Don't try to repair it where it's split, as it will soon split again. A no cost technique I've used on several occasions is to remove the whole pipe, join the pipe at the split, then reinstall it reversed.
This puts the join half way up the rear pillar, and puts fresh, flexible pipe at the hinge.
Take care to note how it is all fixed around the hinge, and put it back the same, if you want the pipe to last.

Another common problem is inside the wiper motor itself where the seal around the wiper shaft inside the rear wiper motor gearbox fails and allows the washer water into the gears, from where it just dribbles into the tailgate.
