A really great day yesterday, enjoyed it loads!
Was great to see the guys again: Karan, JonB and Simon13
Also great to meet Demlotcrew, player6(scot) and Brent for the first time

Really great guys!

Also a big up to Nick and the Total BMW lads for organising a great day.
Here's my pics from my phone (couldn't find my digi cam before I left) but forgot to use it till we actually got on the track.

My mate got loads of photo's on a disposable camera which he's hopefully processing today so i'll get them scanned in tomorrow with any luck.

Apparently we were allowed to properly rinse round the track, but with a bit of persuasion from Rob (one of the Total guys, top bloke) he managed to blag us a helmet and we were allowed out for a few laps each. Although that nearly didn't happen when one of Karan's mates went on the track in his Celica, and went round the wrong way :lol:

I was a little apprehentious about going out to start with, but as soon as I got on the track and gave it full throttle on the opening straight everything soon changed

and it ended up being one of the best experiences ever!

Anyone who has more pics please post up because mine are crap quality and we want to see more photo's anyway

great day and car was awesome on track cant wait to go again

thanls to Nick and dave for a great day, just a shame we couldnt get more laps in

at least the lighting was nice though for some great pics

I really enjoyed the day and the blast around the circuit was wicked (especially when my brake pads stopped working and burst into flames) lol

Cheers for coming down guys, had a fantastic day and was good to meet you all (bit nippy tho!)

Glad you all had fun - best be booking some trackdays in now then boys

Carefull though as it can be an addictive and expensive hobbie

No worries about your mate Karan, I think he learnt his lesson after Rob had a chat

Although, if the day had ended, there would have been an angry mob of E30 owners making themselves known

Hopefully the feature will be going on the front cover either next month or the month after

To those asking, it's a feature looking at the three 2.7s and one very modded 2.8

I have just had an email from Nick @ TBMW.

Here is what he put. "I am writing the feature now and it will be out on the front cover for the Feb issue (out during the middle of Jan)"

He asked me to let you guys know.

It was a good article, well done TBMW for getting some gr8 cars along.
I read the article with great pleasure, it makes me jeaulous though cos im only 15 and i can't have a 327I of my own, might tried pestering my dad though, he says he wants to get a 318I 4 the track!
