I think they are BBS RS - BM Auto sport in Eastbourne do replicas for around £500 per set.
I'd suggest they have aid ride as i can't imagine the E30 front will lower that much and actually drive ......unless you have a ready stock of sumps !
My car in members gallery is lowered 40mm all round and front is no where near as low as those - certainly would not want it lower if you intend to drive IMO
