Hi Guys,
Now I know there's probably tons of stuff on the forum about Alpina's, but I've tried searching and trawling through stuff to no avail, so I thought I'd just start a new topic.
I'm seriously considering trying to get my hands on a set of Alpina alloys, and I'm just looking on advice for the best way to go about this?
Any advice at all would be fantastic.
Also, is it the 16 or 17 inch wheel that looks best?
Thanks Guys

what looks best is purely subjective. personally i prefer a 17" but others consider the 17" rep a pile of sh1te.

Couple of variations... Genuine alpina's on a e30 are 16" and are available as a staggered set.
You can get replica's in 16 inch made by a company called RG. Personally I don't like them.
Bk171 is available in 17" and are very common but have a later soft line look which I personally think don't suit.
Lastly 4 stud genuine alpina's are available but you may have fitting issues as they were dedicated to the z1 rle and also cost 1500+
In my opinion the ones to have are a genuine staggered setup.

They'll fit fella but they are BK Reps and don't hold their resale value well! I sold my set for £170 I think. There are some Minty sets knocking about too with good tyres for about £250 I think. I wouldnt bother with new as they're so expensive!

Where would be my best bet to find a decent used set?
Do any traders on the zone have any kicking about?

BK's or not if you buy new you 100% know where they have been! You can never be sure a used set isn't bentJim320i wrote:They'll fit fella but they are BK Reps and don't hold their resale value well! But obviously Jim you are always price driven....
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.
