Air Con even cools my engine !

Hi dudes,

I did a top overhaul about 4 months ago and my car has been behaving pretty decent and Kool. One of the Kool thing is, the temperature needle never reach center point or go above center

Lately I find when I drive around even at night the temperature needle reaches right at dead center and even goes beyond the center point about a millimeter like in noon time. BUT the minute I switch on the air conditioner, the temperature needle drops to the left side one digit from the center. Thats real Kool. It sounds like my air conditioner can even cool my engine :P

What could be wrong here, why suddenly my temperature rise and switching on the air conditioner helps to bring down the temperature.

Is there any fan not working properly :roll:

As soon as you switch the Aircon on, it also switches on the auxilliary cooling fan in front of the radiator. This fan is probably helping to cool the radiator, and the temperature drops.

Can I manually switch on the auxillary fan, without switching on the air con?
any easy diagram to install this manual switch?
