Best place for oil temperature sensor?

I am using a T Piece from the oil pressure switch for an oil pressure sender, where have people used for oil temp?

I could use the sump plug but would prefer not to as I think undoing it could be difficult with a sensor and wire on it.
Any ideas greatly appreciated!

If you use a pressure sender with twin function you can bung the temp sender in the T piece as well

I had rather hoped to re-use the sensors I already have but that could be an option! Is there enough flow there to get an accurate temp reading?
I'll start to have a look for a new sender.

I drilled and tapped my sump, works fine and doesn't leak.
