Guy's, I have recently acquired an e30 with that horried Schutz stuff all underneath, it feels solid enough and I have had the carpet and seats etc out and looks to be fine in the ususal rust spots, but I want to get rid of the schtz stuff from underneath, any idea's what will remove this?

Thanks

You prb already got sorted, if not I used cupped wire wheels and knoted wirewheels on the under side of my car.

The waxoil kind of stuff was horrible to remove, it gets everywhere (even in your shower)! The underbody seal came of fine, you get the odd lump or wire hit you in the face but thats about it, if your careful enough (cupped wheel was good) you can remove it without taking of the primer underneat.

Any wire type drill attachment will also come in handy for harder to reach area's.

Make sure the above is flat so you get some protection from the angle grinder guard, I had one where the wires were slanted and everything gets flung into your face with it.
