The Wiki has a list of all the rubber suspension components, with part numbers:
http://www.e30zone.net/e30zonewiki/inde ... Renovation
The prices on there are a bit out of date, but you can give the numbers to the parts dealers who trade on here and they will give you up to date price quotes.

3 hours sounds about right.
Its not just the labour - having access to the right tools is a big part of it - doing this job at home without a hydraulic press to put the new bushes in and press them onto the arms is hard bloody work - I spent most of a saturday morning trying to get one new lollipop bush onto the front arm - gave up, took it down to my local garage and they had both sides done in a couple of minutes.

I recommend you replace them with genuine E30 M3 bushes from your dealer. Note that BMW sell them as a pair, so you only need to order one. If you order two, you will end up with enough for two cars.
The M3 bushes are a direct replacement, but are far more durable, and alter the suspension geometry slightly to improve 'turn in'.
Last time I bought some, they were just over £20, but probably a bit more now.
As with any front suspension work, the tracking will need checking afterwards.
