Victory is a cracking film , no doubt and up there with The Great Escape, but cars don't make much of an apperance and I'm not a football fan so it's not on my fave list.Kos wrote:same here, and i've subjected my other half to watching them. she was asleep 10" into convoy. she lasted about 30" into smokey

But it seems that car movies seem to feature a lot in my fave list;
Smokey and the Bandit
Gone in 60seconds (original!!)
Vanishing Point (original!!)
Two-Lane Blacktop
American Graffitti
The Driver
Convoy
Of course loads of other cracking chase movies- Ronin, Italian Job (original), French Conection, Hooper, Bullitt, Dirty Mary Crazy Larry, The Seven-Ups, etc etc

"legal" weight limits in the US are 80,000lbs/40 tons. At least without an overweight/oversize hauling permit and escort service. And it's usually standard road trucks used to haul overweight/oversize loads.

I like the reflection of the E30 in the OP's photo.
Should be in the calendar or something!
