This stuff may slightly hurt my feelings if you based it on some sort of fact as apposed to just making stuff up in that mixed up head of yours

Didn’t jack it in so to speak just decided it was too much like hard work, so sold my stock on and the found someone else to take over the lease on my unit.DanThe wrote:So you jacked in a motorbike importing company to sell stickers on ebay?
It’s always wise to know when to get out of a business and have a good exit strategy.
When I started doing it I was one of only a handful of people selling Chinese bikes in the UK then everybody else jumped on the band wagon and the profit margins were squeezed so hard it wasn’t really worth my time.
On top of that Chinese bikes really aint built very well so had a lot of customers bringing there bikes back for work.
Made me a nice little raise while it lasted though.
The stickers I sell are just the tip of the iceberg my big money comes from doing the sign writing mostly shop windows and pubs etc.
Just got £200 for half a days work for a doing a friend of the family’s car he's a driving instructor, I’ll have to get some pics next time I see him seeing as there are so many doubters and haters on here

I'm wouldn’t say I’m high flying but always been a bit of an entrepreneur, I starting a gardening business at 15 while still at school
Besides it’s usually us not so intelligent types that feel the need the excel 3 of the wealthiest business men in the UK have poor education and at least one of them is dyslexic.

Didn’t have any creditors started it up on just over £2000 purchased a handful of bikes and it grew from there.Andyboy wrote:pac1982 wrote:Didn’t jack it in so to speak just failed miserably.DanThe wrote:So you jacked in a motorbike importing company to sell stickers on ebay?

I think you'll find if my business went bankrupt there would be a record of it somewhere.
Your right on the couldn’t cut it part though its always the case big companies with big buying power move in on a good thing and spoil it for the little guy, even Tesco & Argos were selling them at one point

Are you bald perhance? It's just that if not, you may have felt a slight bristle on your barnet as something went right over your head.
True about the Chinese monkey bikes - they're strictly for council vermin and you're well out of it.

and this was the humble beginning of PSUK in my garage and working from home...

And this was the bike that started it all a GY200 Dirt Pro
