rust around wing mirror fixing points

ive got bad rust around fixing points on wing mirror passenger side,mirrors very loose took plastic cover off its shot through.is there a fix or is it a new door job?the drivers side is also on way the way out

If you mean the plastic cover on the inside of the door and it's the metal behind that which is rusted through i'd suggest new doors would be needed. Any chance of a pic to confirm exaclty where the issue is?
