So is time for me.

1989 Coupe 325ix (x-drive) Euro version
Little bit modified not by me, i just bought like that in June this year :)
I think in UK is equivalent to SPORT version, but i am not sure.

m20b25 170bhp - not sure about this number because i dont know if some one been doing some chip upgrade.
4 Wheel Drive
Black-Red-Chrom Body
Black-Red leather sport seats, door cards
Heated windscreen washer nozzles
Electric sunroof
Electric mirrors
Electric windows
Heated seats
Shadow Line trim
6000k xenon lights
Map reading rear view mirror
Red lowering springs - i dont know how low they go
m-sport suspension
15" alloys i dont know what brand are they, it says SS on side
Stainles steel custom back exhaust
After market rear lights
After market parktronic :P
Some one put after market ALPINA front spoiler, i think they try to do ALPINA replica also from badge on bonet says ALPINA.
Basically car is from GERMANY, some one strip car down and few bits is missing.
MTech2 leather steering wheel, rear view mirror with lights - i bought it from Ebay. Air Condition is missing, OBC 2 as well.
Paint is piling off on front and back bumper, I need to put this car together again.
There is still work to do with this motor :)

Few photos below.
Sorry for bad english.

There is nothing M tech 2 about that car.

The front spoiler is nothing like Alpina either, looks more like a 318iS front spoiler.

I'd like to say some positive things although car is not to my taste (or many on here i'm guessing).

The shine on the black paint looks great and the two tone is, well it's different.
I really like the rear lights, i'm thinking of getting them for my convertible but would like to hear others opinions first.

The interior could do with toning down a bit by replacing the red center console, door pockets and perhaps seat backs with standard black bits.

Lose the wheels and change the front bumper spoiler and it might not be a bad car.

Lose the whole car but keep the running gear and stuff to put on another E30 to make it 4wd if it's possible. That's the only good thing about it. (Some might not say good). Buy a standard chromie E30 and make it 4wd :D

F...k me.
Thanks for cheering up mate!!!
After reading all this comment i wanted to go and hang my self!

I haven't done anything to this car yet, i don't know why people are so nasty.
Iv'e got another 17" dip dish set of alloys in garage and whole front end(bumper) from scrappy, also facelift rear lights.

I will say that again, iv'e bought it in this condition.
This is not my finish project this is not even my project.

I keep looking at this thinking there must be a positive but the colour combo is just awful!

If you take interior/exterior/wheels they all look shyte on their own, stick them on the same car and holy sh1t.....

Why don't you swap steviebmw for his nissan, he would love this car, right up his street!

What are you planning on doing to it if it is a project?
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

Fairly new member so welcome to the zone fella if I havent already said hello. :D

Your car won't be to mosts peoples tastes on here as you can guess but don't let that discourage you, the zones a good place, most of the time.

Personally I would loose the wheels for something a little less, those. Get some BBS splits on them, or the cheaper Lenso versions, 16's or so.

Change the plates to standard UK colours as the white on black make it look tacky and cheap, and remove the Alpina sticker... It will transform the look.

Thanks for understanding.
What i want to do is put original colour on, which is Diamantschwarz, lose those wheels, put 17"or18" split bbs rims or something cheaper like Borbet A or Brock B1, interior black leather, as i said before front end change to genuine ix, rear facelift lights genuine of course.
My pocket is not very deep at the moment so everything will start slowly. I will keep exhaust because it has very nice sound.

Good stuff  I wouldnt be putting 18's on her though but thats just me... The handling will be terrible. 16's are as big as you want to go and if the original front end is going back on, i'd go for some 15" BBS as they'll be perfect for it.

The wheels and number plates changed will transform it for now and are relatively cheap to do as a quick fix.

Keep more pictures coming though as you start to work on her as it would be nice to see this transform back to more of an original look :D

Yes i'd like to see the progress too. I had an E34 iX and it had fantastic sure footed handling coupled with comfort. I wish BMW still made the 4wd 'cars' as opposed to the X3/5. A 4wd 3/5 series would be a great rival to Audis Quattro models.

Keep a good sense of humour with regards to the negative comments.

Potentally this is a nice project!

If it were me and the body was sound or needed just a little attention then I would be returning it to original spec (paint included) and having a nice car farily rare e30. I would think you could fairly eaisly dye those seats black as the retrim looks to be quite reasonable.
