i started off by removing all the sytner stuff my car had on it. i had only put the sytner decals in just so i could get a pic to help me sell some, but they had been in there so long, my car was having an identity crisis!!!

i debated about leaving the WLN one in there...but though what the heck, if i regret removing it, i can always reproduce another!

i got to work designing a new sticker and decided that the decal should be gold instead of burgandy as burgandy just looks wrong. sounded simple enough, but my printer did no do gold! i used another chap who ordered it in especially to print this one...................
et voila!

...now for the tax disc holder....gold on white!
(a bit dark when i took the tax disc pic so the contrast is not very good, but looks much better in the flesh)

i like the final effect which i think is quite classy with the gold and subtle at the same time.
**update** making the tax disc holder
i made quite a few enquiries about getting tax disc holders printed to bespoke designs and companies are happpy to do them....as long as you order a min of 500! so no good for this kind of work. i have tried a few diffferent methods of making this work, but the best way is to use a vinyl window sticker for the front to allow for maximum flexibility in design/colours etc, and then to attack a clear tax disc holder to the back as pictured below. the overall effect is the best this way but does involve alittle care in making it up.....anyone ordering tax disc holdres will get full instruction (it's pretty easy though!). here's the sytners one i prepared earlier

i have the perfect design for a set of plates which is all that is left, but just need to find a quality numberplate maker.
