Yes only single stud all the way through.
I would never suggest anything else.

For what it's worth, i'm running 15" BBS's with no spacers on my Leda coilovers which are VERY similar to the Gaz units. I have 2.5" x 6" 500lb/in springs (it's a heavy M30 lump...!). It's very low, does not coil bind (it did before with 5" long springs) and it rides well.
The differences i see that will make the difference are:
205/50/15 tyres (10mm more radial clearance) and the springs. Your looks from the pictures to be around 7". Now i think about it, i've also run 205/55/15's on my setup without issues.
It looks like my spring platform sits around an inch or so higher and following the profile of the tyre, this will probably give you the clearance you need.
Faulkner springs should be able to sort you out with some 6" long springs from stock (unless Gaz will exchange them?) and you will be in business. Good luck
Give me a shout if i can get any measurements that would help from mine

I can't see anywhere if you got the inside diameter of the spring, sorry if I already asked (or if it's easier, measure the outside diameter of the top lock ring/platform, where it goes into the spring)?
I suspect it's 2.5" but you never know, might be 2.25", I only ask as it's helps see what springs might set you back etc....and because the last pair of springs I've got kicking about here happen to be 7" / 650lb (bit much I know!!!!!) / 2.25" ID Falkners.
If would be bloody stiff but your wheels would turn, to keep the project moving forward so to speak!

I thought we should we post here as we supplied the kit in question to Jordan, we have obviously been speaking with him offline with his isolated issue.
We and GAZ believe that there is a manufacturing issue with the kit (strut angle), aswell the incorrect spring length, they should despatch with a 6" spring.
We have (before Jordan posted on here) requested the kit back to check and replace, and have also made what we beleive a generous goodwill gesture for the aggrovation.
We have sold and seen fitted 100's of these kits with no issues, I personally have run 5 different kits with standard wheels and no issues.
The kit has been designed to fit a standard car with standrad 15" ET24 wheels. Which the do with no modifications.
They do however need a spacer on a 14" wheel riding low due to the different offset.
So to summarise Jordan's kit has an isolated issue that is no way inherent to the design of the GAZ coilovers, and the kits (both GOLD and GHA) will fit a standard car with standard 15" ET 24 wheels with no modification required.
We have done extensive work and developemnt with GAZ over the past year to improve the kits, including fitment developments.
So if you are looking for a coilover kit, be assured that our GAZ kits will fit your car and are are also tailored to your specific needs and usage.
As always if you have any questions and or queries please feel free to call or email us

A simple camber test would prove if the upright has been incorrectly aligned when welded to the stub axle.

Mims are no good for any kind of brake upgrade sadly..
