i am doing a engine swap from a 316i to a 325i and was wondering if the gear stick and linkages are the same for both the 316 and the 325 gearbox? any help much appreciated. :?

Dont know if they are, do you have the gearbox? If you need the linkages i have a spare one give me a shout
