Not overly sure to be honest, I bought it as I loved the shape, it's ona F plate, so I think that makes it 1989 with the chrome bumpers, the interior is amazing, two minute little wear holes on the driver and rear bench (about 2mm square) and the dashboard was replaced with a new one about 2 years ago by the previous owner. The hood , manual, was replaced two years ago and is in really good condition, a couple of very minor parking dings that I will get pulled out by dentmaster or some-one like that. I am afraid to admit that I am not much of a mechanic myself, so use the local lads down in the garage who look after it for me, beer money, you know the score...
I bought 4 new springs as the front left may need replacing soon, so will get them done ahead of the MOT, later this month. The only other nown problems are one of the headlights, the one nearest the passenger door bounces up and down, and I don't know what that is, so have wedged a small piece of card to stop it swinging up and down, and have bought a second hand light unit so hoping the guys in the garage will sort that easy enough. Apart from that the only thing needing looked as is the sensor on the windscreen washer bottle as the onboard computer has that lit up all the time so again, shouldn't be anything too big.
There is a horrible aftermarket stereo in it but thanksfully the old owner kept the original so I am going to get that put back in, and hopefully get the radio working again.
What model do you have?
