Im building a road rally car out of a e30 318is. What would be the best suspension to run? What is every ones opinions on Bilsteins B6? and what spring would be best to use? Ur advice would be really helpful. Thankyou

I run challenge spec bilsteins and springs. i have converted my front legs to adjustable platforms with 2/14" springs.

Where is the best place to purchase the challenge spec bilsteins from because demon tweekes keep referring me to the Billies B6.

You dont mention a budget, but there are lots of options, GAZ/AVO/Koni/Nitron/Ohlins if you want a pukka setup and can afford it.

challenge suspension can be bought from phil at pdl motorsport in chesterfield.he supplies the bm challenge .his number can be found on the 205 cup forum in the bmw section

Challenge Billies. I had progressive ones made for the fronts as the 325 eibach ones were a bit stiff.

Nitron do not make the E30 kit any more due to lack of interest. I spoke to BG motorsport at Silverstone and he said I'd be looking at £1500 per front leg and £600 per rear for single adjustables :mad:

AST do a single adjustable kit for a touch over £2k :)
