Will an e36 m42 engine bolt straight into an e30?

Ive got myself a project e30 318is! the car has been sat for 5 years because the engine was blown and my mate couldnt bring himself to get rid of it!! ive finally got my hands on it and managed to get an e36 m42 engine! will this engine bolt straight in as a replacement for my e30 m42 engine?

Also im after parts so if anybody is selling, let me know as im gonna have to replace most parts.....
brakes - calipers, pipes & discs
suspension
exhaust
drive shafts
bearings etc

Read the sticky at the top of this section and it tells you all you need to know ;) You will need to fit the E30 sump, exhaust manifold and engine mounts but other than that it should drop straight it.

Are you looking for new brakes, lines and bushes or used?

Nice 1 thanks mate, yeah im looking for brakes, lines bushes etc, im not really bothered if they are used, just as long as they are in good condition and are the right price
