This is my current E30, I'm keeping it for life unless situations change and it has to go, that would be the very last resort though.
Got a few pics with my other BMW in the shot too.

style 32's really suit these cars, but i'd say 17's would be better than the 18's

I get used to the E30 after a while and enjoy it, but love the E46 everytime I jump in it, it's got everything to spoil you and is a lot faster.

If I drive the E30 only and leave the E46 parked up I love it, but swopping from new to older model makes the E30 feel it's age.

Chrome grill looks crap after the black grill IMO, look at the M3 in the E30Zone banner top of page

It's a 1991 German Import, 215 bhp model, pretty much stock, different wheels suspension and exhaust so nothing too drastic or hard to swop back.

The black grill has been changed to the chrome on the banner top and looks better IMO.

What month of production? It stopped in Dec 1990 iirc.

I have had both on mine, and the chrome grill went back on as it looks much better imo. Front end becomes bland and looses definition without it.

I'm going to give the chrome grill a try again and leave it for a week and see if it grows on me.

Just swopped the plate so aint got the logbook back yet, will check the date then, could probably find it on the german paperwork if I tried to look, but I'm a lazy fuck. It is an early 1991 on the V5 when I looked before.

Na, you need to put the last 7 digits of the VIN into realoem for build date. V5 wil just give 1st registered.

Saw both of these beasts in the flesh yesterday.
Mark kindly started both cars, the E30 M3 sounded the nuts, but the E46 M3 was

Didn't think i'd like the Dakar Yellow colour scheme, I was wrong.

Went to the BMW dealers yesterday and parked outside their front door, had the sales team and a few mechs as well as customers taking pictures of him
The guy on the spares took the vin number and put it in the computer and then tells me "It's an import" I answered "No shit sherlock"
