The BMW Motorsport stripes are an option on the E92 M3 i think.

They used it (a similar paint not the BMW Motorsport stripes) on the BMW E46 M3 when they launched it..........remember this?

I never liked Oxford Green that much during the E46 life cycle but actually i think it looks pretty cool now in retrospect. Funny some colours in my opinion appeal more to me later in time. They stopped Oxford Green in 2004 i think.

I think a Alpine White E46 M3 sold recently for under 30k with under 10000miles. I always thought Alpine White on a E46 M3 looked "cheap" something that you might find in the USA. Nowdays white is in fashion of course and i think black.

The colours i really like on the E46 M3 are Interlagos Blue/Silver Grey. However, to an extent i also like Mystic Blue, Pheonix Yellow, Oxford Green.

I am bit of a fan of Silver Grey only because my boss's boss boss had a 2005 Silver Grey M3 Manual with Imola Red leather and it appealed to me more each time i looked at it in the car park.
