Can anyone tell me if an e36 touring with an m52b28 would have and odbII port under the dash, and if so what outputs I can get from it?

I have a digital dash (pic in my signature) and I can buy an adaptor to read temps/pressures/throttle angles etc

Cars after 2001 definately have this and I can read the following channels from them but just not sure about the e36?

Thanks

I would very much doubt any E36 would have this connector, the closest thing ive known are Z3's built after 2001. Wouldnt be difficult to fit one yourself though. What you read from it depends on the equipment you use

Thanks for that.

I wonder if using a 20 pin to 16 pin adaptor I can get it to work:

I'll give Race Technology a call when I am back in the UK
