Given that modern music is a pile of shit, i have been wondering what is best to play whilst cruising in such an iconic motor.
Personally i opt for Led Zepplin, America and Lynard Skynard:

Got to be Guns N Roses, November rain or Estranged. Just driving about at night nobody about and the volume maxed with a bit G N R. It feels .... right.

Surely early 80's german electro would suffice in an 80's german motor??....
DAF (Deutsche Amerikanische Freundshaft) - Brothers:
Failing that there's always the U.S / British early 80's vibe via factory records and ESG:
Or to get totally funked up there's always War:

Pink Floyd and INXS for me, splattered with some Cure, New Order for the true '80's feel in the car!
I've even got a few cassettes I made in the '80 of Capital Radio's Greg Edwards and Kenny Everett complete with ads and news. Magic!

Great lyrics.
"Pull up to my bumper baby / In your long black limousine / Pull up to my bumper baby / Drive it in between", and "Grease it / Spray it / Let me lubricate it"
