You mention new rims.
If it was my car I'd look at some stock Vauxhall Corsa steel rims they come in 15x6,5et35 and 16x6,5et37 4x100 but the centerhole needs 0,6 mm increase on the diameter.
And if that isn't enough then www.bandedsteels.com can probably help you further.
Just a suggestion, to go with the rat look and to keep cost down.
