E46 330 clutch seriously sharp, car easy to stall

We bought an E46 330i touring for the Mrs, and converted it to LPG. We knew he clutch was sharp but now over a month later the Mrs is still stalling the car regularly, she's seriously wanting to chop it in, we'll probably lose 1500-2000 on it. I've read that the 330 was fitted with a high performance clutch and others with 330's have similar problems, I test drove a 328i M54 and the clutch in this was much more 'normal' does anyone know if the two are interchangeable as this is definitely cheaper than part exchange?

The fault codes are clear and otherwise the car is fine and good achieving 23-24 on gas, this is the equivalent of 45mpg on petrol!!!!

I've stalled the car a few times myself and despite my continuous long term reccomendations of an E30 touring she's not having it !!!

has it had thge clutch delay valve removed? have a look this might cause it.

I'm going to look into that.

CDV looks like it causes clutch slip, mine has the opposite, it's easily stalled, and smooth gear changes aren't easy.

I'm pretty sure that the E46 with the M54B30 has a self adjusting clutch, basically a ware compensator which if it has not been set properly can cause problems.

I need to know more details, pm me the last seven of your chassis number and ill check it out at work tomorrow.
