BTB's new 325i Evo RE05 6 branch exhaust manifold and single
pipe exhaust system adds 18bhp to otherwise standard E30 325.

We now have the Basis of a group buy set up,

Working alongside Kieran on this we now have 2 group buy options on the BTB 6 Branch Manifold and X pipe section,

Kieran has had a chat with Joe and had the prices confirmed which you can see below: (copied from previous thread)
Here's the prices -

E30 325i pair 3-1 Manifolds and 2-1* or 2-1-2 (X pipe) downpipe

5 off Price £623 + VAT =£747.60 including VAT

10 off Price £540 + VAT = £648 including VAT

Deposit required based on a 5 off order £155.75 + VAT = £186.90 including VAT

Deposit required based on a 10 off order £135.00 + VAT = £162.00 including VAT

Carriage will be an additional £36 including VAT to mainland UK only (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Northern Ireland and Eire are extra, please ask for specific quote.
There is also the extra option of going for the full BTB System which you can see price below:
For the full system -

*We can also supply a single pipe twin box system with twin tailpipes (Please specify body kit type: Mtech 1, Mtech 2 (Sport) or chrome bumper/no skirt). This must be ordered with the BTB manifolds and 2-1 downpipe option

Price BTB Twin box 63.5mm system £770 + VAT = £924 including VAT
With the list of interested Zoners from the previous thread being upto 6 we are looking to get 10 together, There will only be 10 places though to keep things simple

All deposit's will be required in full before any work is undertaken! Deposit's are Non Refundable!

I think we should aim to have deposits in for end of November (Last working day) this will allow for 2 months for poeple to get deposits together, But giving us a deadline to meet so to speak to keep this moving in the right direction :)

Also those taking part remember Christmas is not far away and I cant afford to be messed around when payments are due.

Is that first pic a BTB it looks different to the 2nd pic? Are these BTB3 i.e. the ones that clear the standard rack? What are the differences compared to the BTB2 ones?

Both pictures are examples from BTB's own website, yes these are BTB3 manifolds and they do clear the standard rack

I'm not sure on the actual differences between the BTB2 and BTB3 but I think the BTB3 is suitable for those running E36/46 steering rack conversions.

Kieran may be able to correct me if I'm wrong here

The BTB3 was designed to give extra clearance for the differeny angles the non E30 rack have.

I may well be interested as i have a BTB2 and an E36 rack, just hoping i can get clearance using Dan's custom steering linkage.

How quick are you looking to get this turned round? I won't be commiting until the back end of my car is rebuilt so i can turn it round and fit the refurb'd crossmember with the rack.

Why not keep it rolling until you have 20 or so... Your discount should be far better then?

But more people will get their names down if prices are cheaper considering the current climate everyone wants the best price they can get.

P.S would be great if someone could get a picture of the backbox and manifold fitted to the car. 8)

You need a well off zoner to buy 20, then add one a little extra for theirselve and flog them back to you guys for cheaper, but with them making a return... I don't know many rich zoners though.

i was thinking end of november time so order can be put in for over christmas time, but if those taking part would like to extend the time i am open to sugestions for dates.

Sadly i am selling on the e30 so i wont be taking part myself now. But i am happy to run the group buy for those that are.

Jim as you know there are alot of people that will mess about and 10 is a maximum im afraid, trying to get deposit and payments ect... together from 20 people will be too much hassle.

how many out of the 20 will actualy follow through and not drop out?

as said its hard enough to get 10 together

Just to clarify, that we won't have time to make any more than an absolute maximum of 10 before we get back into our busy season (hopefully!) and won't then be able to make any more until next Autumn at the earliest.
In order to complete them and deliver before Christmas, we need confirmed numbers before November 7th.
Thanks.

We can supply just the BTB3 front manifold, that will update your existing BTB2 to the later version to clear an E36 rack.

I'm also possibly interested in the full system but before I confirm I'd like to see a few pics of the full system, or even better how the rear box looks on a chrome with no kit.

I'll try and get some better pictures up later, but I don't have any showing a chrome bumper fitment, only M Tech 2 (325i Sport). Perhaps a zoner does, because we've definitely supplied a few to members.

My 86 Cab with the full system. Bear in mind the twin entry back box
was specifically made to suit a Zender rear Valance, which is not on at the time
the pics were taken.

In gooner1 pics its quite hard to see in detail, but the tail box/pipes look to be hanging down as if a strap is broken, and the tailpipes look quite small -

Here is how i would expect/want it to look,

Can 456lbft give me any reassurance?

Ditto....

This is what I'd expect it to look like TBH and, in fairness, gooner1 made it clear that his was sitting like this as it was designed to be fitted with a rear apron .... Fairly sure it would sit like the black alpina pictured above - yes?

TBH, my pics are of the system fitted by myself.
Tomorrow i will put the pics up of the system fitted by the lads at BTB.
They had the Cab up on a ramp, for the best part of an hour and wouldn,t let me go
till THEY were satisfied with it.
Like i said in another post, their after service is outstanding.
