Doesn't look like it but if there any benefit from having one of these other than the nice stickers?

Should look alright on the Touring with the tec 2 kit and bits and sound nice too with the S50 manifolds

Well, I hope its an ACS exhaust anyway as I've seen two different types. the other is abit more like the standard E36 box

Would look ok poking out the back of a tech 2 bumper

Is the ECU fiddled with? Id be interested to know of any differences

Think the owner told me it was mapped to make use of a m50 manifold, and maybe, possible us m3 cams - maybe!

yeah, ECU is fiddled with by Schnitzer apparently to work with the M50 inlet and bbtb but not the cams I don't think.
Think it made 225 without the cams when it was mapped.

My own ECU for the engine is an auto one so that would need to be mapped anyway properly for all the bits and even to just work with a manual so thought the ACS one would do nicely until then and will also be interesting to compare the maps on it.

Sounds good. The auto ecu's work exactly the same as the manuals BTW
